Faux Pas Fried Chicken

Breading for Chicken:
1 Cup Corn meal
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons pepper
2 tablespoons garlic salt

Combine dry ingredients… Dredge the chicken first in milk, then in the breading, place in a greased Pyrex dish and back at 375 for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear. At about 20-25 minutes pull out and coat the top of the chickens with some butter and replace to finish cooking.

Simple White Gravy

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 & 1/2 cups milk

add the butter and let melt down, then add the flour and combine until your have a blonde roux. Add milk 1 cup at a time and wait until it has been fully incorporated into the mixture.

OK, so for my four or five followers, i propose a question…. I recorded bits and pieces of my cooking tonight to create a video and I am wondering if I should focus on the video side or just stick to the photo and recipe.
