Well I wanted to play with my pasta maker again, so I did… this time it was all about the Creamy Alfredo Sauce….
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Cups Butter
3 Cups Heavy Cream
1 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 1/3 Cup Three Cheese (Parmesan, Asiago, Romano)
Melt the butter down with the garlic in it. Once melted add the heavy cream while whisking. once all cream is added, let simmer for about twenty minutes. Next add the cheese and let all of the mixture become a homogeneous concoction. Toss with the noodles and add chicken or broccoli to your liking.
